How to Enroll

Medicaid is a joint federal and state program that helps people with limited incomes and resources receive needed healthcare coverage.

You are eligible for our plan as long as:

  • You are eligible and remain eligible for Ohio Medicaid;
  • And you live in Ohio (the AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio service area);
  • And you are a United States citizen or are lawfully present in the United States.
